How to handle extremely low audio recording levels?

The following reasons may cause low audio recording levels.

1. The MIC ATT. switch is set to ATT. (ON) to attenuate the volume.
2. The audio level has been manually set to a low level.

Please refer to the following information for a solution.

1. Setting the MIC ATT. switch or the XLR MIC ATT. switch
When recording audio using the built-in microphone, set the MIC ATT. switch to OFF.

When you connect an external microphone to the XLR terminal, set the XLR MIC ATT. switch to OFF.
If nothing changed after you set the switch to OFF, make sure the LINE / MIC switch is set to MIC.

2. Adjusting the audio recording level
To adjust the audio level, please turn the audio dial (CH1 or CH2) until the bar of audio level indicator lights up intermittently to the right of 12.
