: Videocassette related trouble
What to do when you cannot get the videocassette out of the cassette compartment
To unload the videocassette from the cassette compartment, the camcorder needs to be connected to a power source (either an electrical outlet or a charged battery).
Please refer to the following instructions.
Connect the camcorder to the power source or insert the fully charged battery pack, and then slide the
EJECT
switch to open the cassette compartment cover.
The cassette compartment cover will open, and then the compartment will open automatically.
If you cannot get the videocassette out of the cassette compartment even after trying the instructions above, please contact the nearest Canon service facility.
